This has happened twice now, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, I've tried restarting my phone, changing my password etc. But nothing seems to help. Please can someone advice as I think this app would help me of I can actually get onto it. The four week plans are just lists of things to check off with no context or explanation, and nothing to keep you engaged once you realise you're just doing the same thing every day. I also liked being able to pick what topics I am interested in so I didn't have to skip through lots of things that don't interest me. Being able to access support through the app was really helpful as well since the helpline number is there on the app which meant I didn't have to go looking for it.
