There is NO customer service where you can get your money back, the refund button does not exist on website or app. If you want to refund the money to the Blue Air wallet that does not work either - all this sums up to a fraud airline in my view. There is no sign in option other than the placeholder, it doesn't work with English set as language and RON as currency, it keeps reverting to EUR. My Bookings section is empty and it seems there is no way to add my flight. Since I can't login, at least make it in such a way that one can search for the existing flight and save it into My Bookings. Blue Air, you already managed to get yourself a questionable reputation as a flight operator, please don't make it worse and waste resources by recommending this app until you make it right. I couldn't pay for flight changes and for a new return booking nor via the app nor via the webpage. Payment errors continue to date, even if a different card is used, paying the 2nd time your system will send an error message! Without any proactive help, I had to buy tickets from a different airline.
