That is the reason why they do not provide direct support, they've outsourced it to whoever buys their product. Great move for them! Makes it worse for users. There is no clear instructions anywhere unless your business creates some it seems. Seems like they rushed out a half baked product then slowly made it actually functional with updates over time. Overly complicated to use. Slow interface (5 second load time?!) Can't delete expenses once they've been started. Happens every single time, so I have to take the photo outside the app then import it, which is a pain. This is with an LG G7 Thinq, so neither am underpowered, old or obscure device.
