I had to turn the phone off and on again, by the time I had the price had dropped. I contacted support who recommended I use this application (which I didn't want to do). I ended up installing it but it doesn't seem to work fully, I can't see charts for example. From another other review I saw, it appears that this is a back compatibility fault with some android phones. Given the smartphone market is stagnant, perhaps ditching support for old phones was not the smartest
