If this is the quality this product has for the cost of the stethoscope and the program you have to purchase, I'm happy to send it back and get something better. My original review was one star because the couple of days after I installed the app it was very buggy to the point of being unusable. I reached out to customer service and that has since resolved. And overall the stethoscope is great. However the app leaves a lot to be desired. About every 45 days or so the app completely desyncs from my Core and then I can't reconnect it to the app until I uninstall, forget the device, reinstall the app and reconnect everything. This is becoming a serious issue as I work in EMS. When this happens I am locked in whatever the last mode I had it in.
