If you need to reinstall it (for example if you have updated or added fingerprints, or sometimes when you update it) then you need to reactivate it from nettbank - but guess what? You need MobilID to activate MobilID! The only way to do this is through an old fashioned helpdesk phonecall during bank hours. Also the push notifications often don't come until after you've long finished the transaction.
