I've been a loyal customer since 2013 and I love their app too. Their staff is super nice, foyer and facilities are clean and great selection of ice cream and other food. There's nothing to not like. One of their app update a couple of years ago was very poor but it was rectified immediately. I've always had great opinion about them and it will remain that way hopefully. The app refreshes the purchased ticket list every time without storing them, so you have to have an Internet connection to get your tickets up for scanning.
