Obviously for someone not being familiar with cyrillic, trying to descipher even letters from numbers is really difficult. It can save you time queueing in front of the ticket terminal and rummaging for pocket change. But the UX sucks. The interface lags and stutters a lot. Often there is a 5 second delay between transitions. No visual feedback from button taps, leading to repeat drumming on the screen. The buttons themselves are tiny. Sometimes purchases take upwards of 10 min to register, and the app will charge you again if you try to repeat the purchase.
