When Arbor is the only way to pay for things like after school clubs and class photos, a confirmation page after payment should be an absolute minimum, but it just takes you back to the page you were previously on, leaving you wondering if you'd actually paid. I don't know how to switch between students, and because the help page just has a partial screenshot of the student switcher, I can't tell whether I just can't find where that is in the app or it's not there because my second child hasn't been added to my account. And I can't ask or give feedback because they actively tell parents to go away and talk to the school.
