Later, with a touch of a finger, a new saving account was opened for me without a confirmation message (my fault to explore the app). Now, I am getting monthly fees for that account and even after I removed all of my money from it, it is becoming like a credit account just to charge me.. When I asked, it appeared to be closing the account is not \"digitized\" so you have to visit a branch to do that.
