They do not care about it anymore. every update and event is just the same thing, the new characters arent interesting or ever seen again, and the gameplay is stale and boring. There is also still no pity system for SR level ships. I've done 200 pulls for the new ship that has an 8% drop chance and all I've gotten is the other available 7 times. It breaks my heart to leave this game after so long but its just not worth it, and there are better games to
