I've tried restarting my phone and clearing the app's cache and data, but nothing seems to fix the problem. It seems like the app is not compatible with Android 14 yet. I'm very disappointed with this, as I use the CIB app almost on a daily basis. You need to solve the app's problem with Android 14 immediately. Edit 1: a month and a couple of weeks later and still the app doesn't run and you don't even follow up to the emails sent. It won't allow me to login until I change the password. Which can't be changed from the app due to the bugs! I have to call customer support and be on the phone for more than half an hour in order for them to assist me changing the password. Update: with the new update fingerprint login dissapeared!
