It's a never ending cycle of not being able to. If the app worked to order, I would have ordered many times by now. When pre-booking a coffee order, it gives you an approximate time for pickup based on your location - which is good - but then as soon as you checkout, it defaults to pickup in 5 mins. So your coffee is cold by the time you get there. And the new app does NOT have a 'modify order' option like the previous version did, so you're stuck with whatever pickup time the app chose for you. I hate it.
