Pero mi experiencia respecto a la comunicación con el personal de atención al cliente ha sido muy deficiente por su falta de empatía y caracter personalizado, y el sistema de coordinación y distribución de reimpresiones de las tarjetas está mal planificado y mal ejecutado, demoraron 1 mes en cumplir con los plazos de coordinación y entrega y encima se extravió mi nueva tarjeta teniendo que volver a coordinar la entrega.
